Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (ToS) govern the use of the BrieforSales platform (web application and LiveCoach Chrome extension), published by Nicolas Papon.

By creating an account or installing the extension, the user accepts these ToS without reservation.

2. Service description

BrieforSales is a SaaS platform for post-call normalization and sales coaching that lets you:

• Analyze sales call transcripts via artificial intelligence
• Generate structured outputs (decks, emails, quality reports)
• Sync data with CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive)
• Receive real-time sales coaching during calls (LiveCoach extension)
• Create interactive Sales Rooms for prospects

3. Registration and account

• Registration is open to any individual or legal entity acting in a professional capacity
• The user warrants the accuracy of the information provided
• The password is personal and confidential. The user is responsible for its use
• An account corresponds to one organization (tenant). The administrator can invite other users

4. Plans and pricing

BrieforSales offers 4 plans:

• Free (€0): 5 analyses/month, 1 Sales Room, BriefyCoach 10 messages
• Starter (€25 excl. VAT/month): 25 analyses/month, 5h/month transcription, 25 Sales Rooms, BriefyCoach 100 messages, 5 LiveCoach sessions
• Pro (€46 excl. VAT/month): 60 analyses/month, Multi-CRM, API, 15h/month transcription, unlimited BriefyCoach, 12 LiveCoach sessions, full Prospect Intelligence
• Enterprise (€65 excl. VAT/user/month for 3-10 users, €55 excl. VAT/user for 11-25 users): 75 analyses/user, 25h/user transcription, SSO, Multi-CRM, RBAC, priority support SLA 24h, 12 LiveCoach/user. Beyond 25 users: custom quote.

LiveCoach packs are optional add-ons billed separately. Overages beyond quota are billed per unit according to the published price list (enabled by default, disable any time in Settings > Billing). Pricing may be revised with 30 days notice.

5. Use of the LiveCoach extension

• The user must obtain the consent of all participants before activating audio recording
• The extension only activates on supported meeting pages (Google Meet, Teams, Zoom)
• Audio is processed in real time and is never stored on our servers
• The user is solely responsible for complying with applicable recording laws

6. Intellectual property

• BrieforSales, its source code, design and algorithms are the exclusive property of the publisher
• Data entered by the user (transcripts, configurations) remains their property
• AI-generated analyses are made available to the user as part of their license

7. Liability

• BrieforSales is provided "as is". The publisher endeavors to ensure service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability
• AI analyses are suggestions and do not constitute professional advice
• The publisher cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of generated analyses
• The publisher's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the user during the last 12 months

8. Termination

• The user can terminate their account at any time from the settings
• The publisher may suspend or terminate an account in case of ToS violation
• Upon termination, data is retained for 30 days and then deleted (except for legal obligations)
• The user can export their data before deletion (GDPR right to portability)

9. Applicable law

These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, unless otherwise provided by law.
